PSP Firmware v3.80 is "Live"
From the PSP’s launch, we’ve been discussing its multi-functional strengths, and with the addition of Internet Radio in firmware update 3.80, PSP owners will be able to access thousands of stations in a wide range of diverse genres. Interested in Top 40 Pop? Check. Country? Check. Talk radio? Check. Ultimately, this addition speaks to how much we listen to our consumers. Music has been one of the primary uses of the PSP system, and with the addition of Internet Radio, consumers are able to access even more of their favorite artists. Enjoy.
How to use Internet Radio on PSP:
Download and install firmware update 3.80.
Ensure you are in a Wi-Fi environment before attempting use
With Memory Stick Duo containing firmware update 3.80 inserted into PSP, select Internet Radio icon under Network, and then “About Internet Radio.”
Select “Adding the player to the Memory Stick Duo(TM)” and press the X button.
When you have added the Internet Radio player, the player icon will appear under the “About Internet Radio” icon.
Select Internet Radio player icon.
Choose a genre and select a station.
How to use Internet Radio on PSP:

New Resistance: Fall of Man Maps Available
As some of you may have seen thanks to IGN, a second set of maps for Resistance: Fall of Man will be available soon. How soon you may ask and where can I get them? Today and via the PLAYSTATION Store in that order. There are two new maps (each of which is playable in all sizes and all modes) named Axebridge and Bracknell. Click here to go to the IGN story, which does a nice job of describing the maps (it also keeps me from being long winded… which I can get from time to time :).
Map pack two, which contains Axebridge and Bracknell, will cost $4.99. For time being, the maps will be available via the standard PLAYSTATION Store and not the in-game ‘Purchase’ option. We are also releasing a bundle of both this and the first map pack together, which will run $7.99.

Today, Sony took another step forward for PSP owners. Below is information form the Playstation Blog regarding the new Playstation Store for the PC.
The PLAYSTATION Store for the PC is a free service that allows PSP owners to access a new world of gaming and entertainment content through the PLAYSTATION Network. Best of all, this new service lets PSP users establish a PLAYSTATION Network account and purchase content directly from the PlayStation Store for the PC.
The new PlayStation Store for the PC marks the first time that we’ve made the PLAYSTATION Network accessible to the millions of PSP owners who don’t own a PLAYSTATION 3. PSP owners can now use their existing or newly created PLAYSTATION Network account to access a variety of free content including the latest demos of SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Tactical Strike, the latest addition to the popular SOCOM franchise and Syphon Filter: Logan’s Shadow, the highly anticipated sequel to Gabe Logan’s Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror for the PSP.
In addition to regularly expanding access to our library of new PSP games, we will be releasing titles that will be available only from the PLAYSTATION Store, including: Syphon Filter: Combat Ops, the next installation in the Syphon Filter franchise.
